A similar leaf dish is illustrated and discussed by Geoffrey Godden, English Blue and White Porcelain, pp.96-7, pls.96 and 97, where he states that most would have been sold in sets of six or so. Compare also to those illustrated by Ray Jones, The Origins of Worcester Porcelain, 2018, p.240, figs.iii and iv. Very few were embellished with overglaze enamels such as this.
