Overall this helmet is in good condition with some slight surface wear, the finial possibly a replacement, the lacquer underside of the shikoro with minor chips and cracks; the mempo with surface wear to the iron, scratches and slight pitting, the red lacquer interior wellworn and restored in places, the yodarekake a later replacement.
