Han and Spring and Autumn period
The goose-form vessel of pear-shaped form, the neck terminating with a slightly lowered goose head, the top of the head with a circular aperture and decorated overall with red pigments; the pair of vases each of pear-shaped form with flared feet rims, with horizontal ribbing, the rims set with stylised taotie masks suspending freely moving rings.
