上款人仲民為畫家的一位的弟子與友人李仲民（1951-1996）。廣東台山人，後赴美定居加州並開設川菜館，曾為大千先生掌廚。大千先生晚年在加州時，與李仲民交情深厚，常有書畫相贈。
