In general good decorative order. There is some stacking glaze wear to the white of the cavetto of the plate. Some noticeable scratching to the enamels of the central bouquet and some to the border cartouches. There are some small areas of retouching to gilding loss at the borders of the cartouches and the rim. The foot rim with a small glazed over chip from the time of production.

painted with a bouquet of flowers at the center, the border with three oval cartouches of painted flowers within moulded scrolls, edged with gilt ribbon-tied fronds, issuing entwined berried leaves and flower garlands, suspended from loops, the shaped rim edged in gilding, interlaced LL mark in pink enclosing date letter y for 1776, painter's mark FB for François-Marie Barrat (active at Sèvres between 1769-91, 1795-96), indistinct incised letter X(?)
