巫峽雲帆。己卯十一月，寫似扶霄仁兄方家博笑，大千弟張爰。
鈐印：「張季」、「三千大千」。
來源：Wilbert Bernard Fountain (Wil Fountain, 1920-2015) 舊藏
一九七三、四年間，張大千在加州先後製作兩套石印版畫，即由Wil Fountain大力襄助，促成其事。他收藏大千作品多幀，包括早期仿古花卉、傳統山水，以至晚期之抽象潑彩，曾借展一九七二年三藩市亞洲藝術及文化中心〈張大千四十年回顧展〉及一九九九年三藩市州立大學〈張大千在加州〉。部份藏品捐三藩市之大學及美術館。
上款：「扶霄」即民國時期滬上金融界知名人士葉扶霄（1879-？），葉露淵叔父，嗜書畫，尤重吳湖帆畫藝，與「梅景書屋」門人亦有過從，得贈作品頗多。
