An exceptional pear-shaped bottle vase with relief-moulded pomegranate-shaped panels, painted in vibrant purplish tones of underglaze cobalt blue. The lower four panels are decorated with birds perched among branches, three depicting blossoming branches and one bearing peaches. The remaining fruit-shaped panels are filled with a variety of diaper patterns rendered in different shades of cobalt blue, with the leaves reserved in white using the reverse technique. The lower section of the neck is decorated with rosettes and repeating motifs echoing those of the fruit-shaped panels. Beneath the rim runs a band of ruyi-head motifs, above pendent auspicious emblems, including a double-gourd and another precious object suspended from ribbons with tasselled ends.
此件梨形瓶造型珍罕，器身模印石榴形淺浮雕開光，通體以鮮麗而微泛紫調的青花繪飾。下部四組開光內均繪花鳥，其中三組描繪禽鳥棲於盛開的花枝之間，另一組則繪禽鳥與折枝桃實。其餘果形開光填飾各式錦地紋，以不同深淺的青花描繪，葉片則採用青花地留白技法表現。
頸部下方飾團花及與果形開光相呼應的重複紋樣。近口沿處環飾一周如意雲頭紋，下方懸飾各式吉祥雜寶，包括葫蘆及另一件以綬帶繫掛、末端垂有流蘇的寶物。
