Landscape and Calligraphy, for Zhang Meiyin, 1997
Folding fan, one side with a landscape, ink and color on paper, inscribed by the artist with a dedication and signed Xie Zhiliu at the age of 87, with an artist's seal; reversed by calligraphy in running script, ink on gold-fleck paper, signed Xie Zhiliu, with two artist's seals; the bamboo fan frame inscribed by Xie Zhiliu and dated gengyin (1950), noting the carving is by Xiaoming.
