Song Dynasty
The deep-rounded sides rising from the short ring foot to a notched rim, the interior decorated with two large foliate bundles within a double-ring border, the center medallion with a small leafy stem, the exterior with combed design, covered inside and out with a finely crackled translucent olive-green glaze pooling to deeper tones in the recess, the underside unglazed revealing the light gray porcelaneous body burnt orange from firing.
