鈐印：〈劉〉「耀辰」。
〈卜〉「憲中」。
上款：「伯剛」即民國時期津門銀行家、收藏家魏恩甲。
註：卜孝懷，嘗師從徐操，擅作人物畫，曾為中國畫學研究會、湖社社員，任職於人民美術出版社、北京畫院。
扇骨乃近代竹刻名家劉夢雲雕製，一面刻水仙，款「凌波。夢雲刻」，一面刻牽牛花，款「菊生畫，夢雲刻」。
