The tabletop is in overall good condition, with retouching in two different locations. The restoration has been blended with the wood colour to create a smooth surface. The top has been reattached to the frame but shows a slight gap, which does not affect the overall construction. Apart from minor restoration, the table is in good condition.

The colour is a deep honey-reddish-brown tone with very rich striations and graining along with countless ‘ghost eyes’. The two-panel top is set in a rectangular frame above the narrow waist and beaded and carved aprons. The whole is raised on square-section legs terminating in curling feet and joined by humpback beaded and carved stretchers.
