The bowl is finely painted in underglaze cobalt blue with a continuous scene of Ba Xian Zhu Shou (The Eight Immortals Celebrating Longevity). Shoulao, the God of Longevity, is shown seated on a rocky dais, accompanied by a deer and a censer, while the Eight Immortals approach from either side, each bearing their respective attributes in celebration. Pine trees, rockwork, clouds and flowing water complete the composition.
The interior is decorated with a tranquil landscape featuring a pine tree, rocky outcrops and distant mountains. A key-fret band encircles the foot, and the base bears the four-character mark Yu Tang Jia Qi (玉堂佳器). The fluid figure drawing and varied cobalt tones are characteristic of Shunzhi-period blue and white porcelain of the Transitional era.
碗敞口，弧腹，下承圈足。外壁通景以青花繪「八仙祝壽」圖，壽星端坐石臺之上，身旁伴有仙鹿與香爐，八仙分列左右，各持法器前來朝賀。人物神態生動，衣袂飄揚，其間點綴蒼松、奇石、祥雲與流水，構圖疏朗開闊，富有仙境氣息。
碗心繪山水小景，蒼松、湖石與遠山相映成趣，意境清幽。圈足飾回紋一周，底書「玉堂佳器」四字楷書款。青花發色濃淡有致，筆法流暢灑脫，充分展現順治時期過渡階段青花人物瓷鮮明而生動的藝術特色。
