The first with five sets of three vertical bands on the globular mid-section, covered in a lustrous black-brown glaze thinning to persimmon on the raised vertical ribs and stopping short of the foot to reveal the buff-coloured body, the rim also unglazed, 9.8cm high, the other painted in white, cream and brown slip with stylised floral motifs, 10cm high (2).
