Depicting a caparisoned elephant supporting a vessel containing auspicious objects, surrounded by branches of fruiting pomegranates and peaches, and sprays of peonies, chrysanthemums and orchids, all below a turquoise ground upper panel with scholar's objects, dishes of fruit and a flower vase, framed and glazed.
The panel 80cm (31 1/2in) high x 95.5cm (37 5/8in) wide.
