Of flattened globular form, the gently raised shoulder rising to a tall cylindrical neck with a galleried rim, and set with a mammiform spout terminating in an upright nozzle. Finely painted in underglaze cobalt blue on either side with a pheasant perched upon rockwork amidst flowering peonies and blossoming prunus, divided by sprays of lingzhi fungus and lotus issuing beneath the spout. The shoulder is encircled by a band of stylised ruyi-heads, repeated on the raised collar surrounding the spout. The mammiform spout is further decorated with ribboned lozenges beneath a band of four ruyi-heads, while the neck is painted with a band of upright lanceolate leaves below the rim.
此壺腹部扁圓,肩部微隆,上接高直筒頸,口部飾凸起圈稜,一側置乳房形流,頂端接直立流口。器身兩面以青花繪錦雞立於洞石之上,四周牡丹盛放、梅花綻枝,流下則繪靈芝與蓮花折枝,將兩組畫面隔開。
肩部環飾一周如意雲頭紋,流部凸起的座圈亦飾相同紋樣。乳房形流上繪綬帶方勝紋,上方環列四組如意雲頭紋,頸部近口沿處飾一周仰蕉葉紋。
