Deftly modelled with a square top above a reticulated apron decorated with bats and lush scrolls, the exceptionally high waist shaped as an architectural pedestal, intricately carved in high relief with archaistic dragon scrolls, centred with a jade floral plaque on both side, the thickly moulded apron carved with scrolling ruyi-heads and stylised dragon heads, all raised on four sweeping cabriole legs curving gracefully outwards before terminating in scroll feet, all supported by a matching square floor frame, the wood of a rich, lustrous dark purplish-brown tone with characteristic fine hair-like grain.

The present incense stand displays elegant contours, noble proportions, and exceptional craftsmanship. The substantial thickness of the waist and legs demonstrates an extravagant expenditure of precious hardwood, carved out from large solid . In its sculptural authority, integration of jade inlays, and dense archaistic vocabulary, this piece stands as a masterwork of Qing Imperial furniture, embodying the pinnacle of craftsmanship achieved during the Qianlong period.
Incense stands () occupied a prominent place in formal reception halls (), serving to display censer garnitures, flower vessels, or even scholar's objects. The top of this stand features a square surface with a flush-inset floating panel within a moulded frame, above an intricately pierced apron carved with bats and lush scrollworks. The unusually high waist is masterfully sculpted as a multi-tiered pedestal (), framed by crisp archaistic relief carvings and centered on each side with a carved white jade medallion, introducing a striking play of texture and imperial grandeur. Below, the sloped shoulder is detailed with fine stylised dragon head mouldings and relief-carved cloud scrolls, imparting a monumental quality akin to stone architectural carving. The four legs are deeply undercut into fluid cabriole curves (), terminating in out-turned ruyi-head feet resting on a sturdy floor frame ().

本香几綫條優美，比例尊貴，工藝卓越。其束腰與幾腿用料甚厚，皆由大塊紫檀實木雕琢而成，足見用料奢華耗費。其雕塑般之氣勢、嵌玉之巧妙點綴，以及繁密之仿古紋飾，使其堪稱清代御制家具之傑作，完美體現了乾隆時期工藝之巔峰盛況。
香几於正廳擺設中佔據重要地位，多用於陳設香爐、花器乃至文房雅玩。此几頂面呈方形，邊框內平嵌板心，下接雕琢繁複之透雕牙板，飾有祥蝠與茂密卷草紋。其束腰極高，巧雕作多層須彌座式樣，邊框刻劃俐落之仿古浮雕紋飾，雙面中央各鑲嵌一塊玉佩，形成鮮明之質感對比，盡顯帝王恢弘氣派。下接斜肩，細刻龍頭紋與浮雕雲紋，賦予整器如石造建築雕刻般之雄渾氣勢。四腿採三彎腿設計，線條流暢，腿足向外翻捲作如意頭狀，下承穩固之托泥。
