Delicately potted, of flattened circular form, the shoulders sloping to a thin cylindrical neck, flat lip and recessed foot surrounded by an oval footrim, the lustrous brown material thickly enameled on one side to depict a magpie on a blossoming prunus branch, the reverse with bamboo, the foot and interior covered with a light blue slip.
