flake to inside of lip of smaller, a few scattered very minor flakes at edges of red, laking spoon; larger wih flaking to fishing line, possible polishing to side of lip.

-The first of pale opaline glass, flattened circular form with sloped shoulders and cylindrical neck, flat lip, neatly cut oval foot ring in ruby, the body overlaid with ruby glass carved with chrysanthemum, peony; lotus and prunus to the sides and foliage
-The second of “snowflake” glass, flattened circular form, the shoulders sloping to a cylindrical neck, flat lip, with single ruby-red overlay, one side depicting a boy riding a water-buffalo across a bridge in a landscape with pine and lingzhi, the reverse with a fisherman in a boat and a woodcutter standing on rockwork, mask and mock ring handles fairly high on the narrow sides, the footrim neatly carved from the overlay as well.
