〈陸〉憐他辛苦秋風裏，紡績連宵不得閒。梧齋五兄先生雅屬即正，甲申清和月，抑非。
〈吳〉竹老柯亭鳳不來，笛材收取伴琴材。交情只有曹瞞重，知己難為董卓哀。蠶室誰寬子長死，權門終累馬融才。孝娥碑在緹縈遠，忍聽胡笳塞上回。蔣藏園〈詠蔡中郎〉詩。梧齋先生大雅正腕，乙酉夏五，袌鋗居士吳徵。
鈐印：〈陸〉「陸翀長壽」、「一飛所作」、「海虞」。
〈吳〉「臺秋」、「東園」。
來源：一九九五年十月得於香港
上款：「梧齋」即劉梧齋，上海工商界人士，為人樂善好施，雅好藝文，編〈如影隨形集〉，陳夔龍為其題耑。
