A Chinese blue and white porcelain shallow bowl with a broad, flared rim, known as a klapmuts. The centre is decorated with an eagle perched on a rock beside a pine tree, with a bird in flight in the distance. The lobed rim and cavetto are divided into four broad and four narrow panels. Two of the broader panels are decorated with masks, while the other two feature geometric swastika motifs. The narrower panels contain ribbon motifs. The cavetto is painted with four ruyi-head-shaped cartouches enclosing auspicious motifs, including two fruiting peach branches, a double-gourd, and a scroll tied with ribbons and a tassel.
The exterior is similarly divided into panels, with cartouches containing pearls and dots, separated by narrow panels filled with stylised cloud motifs. The rim is further decorated with three stylised floral scrolls.
此件中國青花折沿淺碗，器形為荷蘭語所稱的「klapmuts」。碗心繪蒼鷹立於松樹旁的山石之上，遠處另有一鳥飛翔。內壁及花瓣形寬折沿分為四組寬幅與四組窄幅開光：兩組寬幅內飾獸面紋，另兩組繪幾何化萬字紋，窄幅內飾綬帶紋。內壁另設四組如意雲頭形開光，分別繪兩組折枝桃實、葫蘆及綬帶流蘇束結的書卷。
外壁同樣採用分格裝飾，開光內填飾珍珠及圓點紋，其間的狹長開光繪程式化雲紋。口沿另飾三組程式化纏枝花卉紋。
