Of flattened circular bulbous form, with a cylindrical neck, a flat lip and a recessed foot surrounded by a protruding oval footrim; the body finely painted in famille-rose colors with a cricket to one side, another resting on an open cage to the reverse, the base with a yongle tang zhi mark in iron-red seal script.
