Compare a similar example from the Qing court collection, accession no. guyu001021, illustrated in Betwixt Reality and Illusion: Special Exhibition of Jades from the Warring States Period to the Han Dynasty in the Collection of the National Palace Museum, Taipei, 2020, p.117, no.I-1-03. See another example but with plain surfaces excavated at the Qiujiazhuang tomb, Wenxi county, Shanxi province, illustrated in ibid.(bottom right).
此珮採弓字之形，龍首與尾巴從左右往中央靠攏，但上下振幅卻較大，成就蜿蜒有致之效，有別於春秋時較呈波浪式之玉龍，富強烈動態感。台北故宮博物院清宮舊藏有相類之例，館藏編號：故玉001021，收入《實幻之間：院藏戰國至漢代玉器特展》，台北，2020年，頁117，編號I-1-03。考古發掘器物中也有相近之品，如山西聞喜邱家莊出土玉龍，圖見上註右下，惟龍身素面缺渦紋。
