款識：
〈黃〉含剛健於婀娜，是為董巨正宗，得從金石文字悟入，方為上乘。景昭道兄博粲，丁亥，八十四叟賓虹。
〈楊〉張惟中全歸集中雜詩。景昭仁世兄法家正腕，丁亥九月，千里時在滬。

上款：「景昭」即陳景昭（1907-1972），廣東潮安人，早年負笈上海，畢業於暨南大學法學院經濟系，從事教育，先後任教於粵省院校，並於滬穗兩地開設正信會計師事務所。葉恭綽掌交通部期間，他擔任葉氏秘書，綜理其書信文件。一九四九年南來星洲，續事教學，並熱心推動藝術。
陳景昭家學淵源，父陳兆五乃嶺東金石書畫名家。自幼在家庭薰陶下，隨父習書法篆刻。求學上海期間，課餘向謝公展、黃賓虹等名家習藝。時賓虹擔任暨南大學文學院國畫研究會導師，自此締結一段逾廿年的友誼。陳氏移居星洲後，彼此聯繫並不疏落，每函索書畫，兼代父親及季弟求賜墨寶。他好賓虹書畫，又得此機緣，乃大肆蒐集，量多質精，多為畫家精心繪贈，故顏其室日「百虹樓」。
