款識：
〈吳〉啟元先生雅正，丙子長夏，鏡汀吳熙曾。
〈王〉〈夏小正〉以物為節，如王瓜、苦菜之類，驗之略不差，而菊有黃花，尤不失毫釐。近時都下菊品至多，皆智者以他草接成，不復與時節相應。始八月，盡十月，菊不絕於市，亦可怪也，此何異虹藏不見，而虹掛空邪？綺園先生雅屬，渡公王潛剛。
鈐印：〈吳〉「熙曾」、「鏡汀」。
〈王〉「王潛剛」。
來源：一九九五年四月得於北京
註：湘妃竹扇骨。
王潛剛，安徽霍邱人，師從張謇，曾任北洋政府東海關監督等職。嗜古物，精鑒藏，其「觀滄閣」藏字畫、法帖等甚富。
