A pair of four-panel screens, Taisho/Showa period
Ink and colour on silk, depicting mountainous pine-strewn landscapes enveloped in mist and clouds, one screen with a mill and waterwheel at the river edge, the other with rustic dwellings, a moored sampan and solitary figure, each signed and with red seal.
Each panel 91.5cm x 44cm (36in x 17 1/4in) overall. (2).
