Overall in very good condition. The wooden surfaces throughout present with scattered fine scratches, light scuffs, occasional minor abrasions, some shallow indentations and minimal edgewear, all consistent with age and gentle use and not visually distracting. There are scattered, short, extremely fine hairlines to the stacked discs of the cylinder column, as well as a few visible seam separations to two discs of the uppermost section, inherent to the material’s aging process and not visible unless closely inspected. The copper nailing appears original and remains largely intact. The perimeter of the foot presents with a few minute losses and some minor traces of inpainting to the edges of the top, none of which detracts from the overall presentation. The later fabric shade is in overall excellent condition, with only extremely subtle discoloration at the top rim, which is visible unless closely inspected.
