A finely potted Kraak plate with the characteristic panelled decoration, beautifully painted in soft underglaze cobalt blue. The rim on the front is divided into ten panels, each decorated with flowers, some with insects or birds. The central medallion depicts a grasshopper perched on rockwork beneath a butterfly, flanked by flowering plants and blossoms, with luxuriant curling clouds above. The reverse is similarly divided into panels, decorated with alternating lingzhi and insects. Between the panels are stylised cloud motifs. The centre bears a rare and finely executed egret mark.
此件克拉克青花盤胎體精細，採用典型的分格開光裝飾，青花發色柔和雅緻。正面口沿分為十組開光，內繪各式花卉，部分配以昆蟲或禽鳥。盤心圓形開光內繪花蟲圖，一隻蚱蜢棲於山石之上，上方蝴蝶翩飛，左右花木繁茂、百花盛放，空中卷雲繚繞。
盤背同樣採用分格裝飾，開光內交替繪靈芝與昆蟲，各組之間以雲紋相隔。底部中央繪製罕見且精細的「白鷺款」。
