The lobed cup is supported on a tall, flaring stem foot. The exterior is divided into six principal panels, separated by narrow vertical panels decorated with rows of jewels and dots. The principal panels are painted in underglaze cobalt blue with a duck beside the water, a duck in flight and various mountainous riverscapes. The interior similarly divided into six panels, with flowering branches and insects extending across the panel divisions, centred by a double-ring medallion depicting a crow standing on rockwork beneath the moon. The stem decorated with fruiting floral sprays, the everted rim dressed in a brown iron-oxide glaze. The underside bears a four-character apocryphal Chenghua mark within a double circle.
此杯作六瓣花口，下承高挑外撇的高足。外壁分為六組主開光，其間以狹長縱向開光相隔，內飾成列的珠寶及圓點紋。主開光以青花分別描繪鴨子及各式江山景致。
杯內同樣分為六組開光，折枝花卉與昆蟲跨越開光界線，自然延展。杯心青花雙圈內繪月下寒鴉圖，一隻烏鴉立於山石之上。高足飾折枝花果，外撇口沿施醬釉。底部青花雙圈內書「成化年製」四字寄託款。
