This work is in very good condition overall. Small networks of craquelure are observed around the top corners. Visible only upon close examination, light rub marks, scratches and pinpoint media accretion are observed to be scattered in isolated places, possibly originated from the artist's execution. A small spot of paint loss is found (25 cm from the top, 68 cm from the left edge). When examined under ultraviolet light, areas around the buildings and occasional spots of paint in the lower right quadrant fluoresce in a darker hue but do not appear to be restoration. Framed under plexiglass.
