The bottle circa 1860-1930, the embellishment by the Tsuda family, Kyoto, early 20th century; of flattened rounded-rectangular form, the shoulders sloping to a cylindrical neck, the lip slightly concave, the base surrounded by a slightly protruding oval footrim, the grayish stone embellished with various hardstones and gilt to depict, on one main side a bird above a flowering plant, on the reverse a scene with a boat on a lake, surrounded by pines and a pagoda, well hollowed.
