the circular dish on raised ring foot, decorated in green, yellow and red overglaze enamels over underglaze blue, with rhododendrons (shakunage) and azaleas (tsutsuji), decorated on the underside in underglaze blue with three floral sprays, each composed of a large floret centred by scrolling stems and leaves, with a band of comb design around the foot, accompanied with a fitted wood storage box
