Ming Dynasty
Comprising: a square dish with canted corners, for the Japanese market, painted in the centre with a gnarled pine tree, surrounded by floral sprays, Tianqi; a blue and white jar and cover with lotus-bud finial, decorated with floral scrolls and a Fu one-character mark on the base; a bowl painted around the exterior with orchids in bold, flowing strokes, circa 1450; a blue and white jarlet painted with dense lotus scrolls, circa 1500; and two Yunnan kiln jarlets and covers, decorated with geometric motifs.
The largest: 14.5cm (5 3/4in) high. (9).
