松亭觀瀑。辛未花朝月下澣，應凌雲法家先生雅屬即正，企周馬駘寫。
鈐印：「企周」、「馬駘」、「邛池漁父」。
來源：一九六六年三月得於新加坡
註：馬駘畫藝嫻熟，早歲已享譽藝壇，其〈馬駘畫寶〉更為時人奉為圭臬。山水最受稱著，多巨幅大幛，結構規整，法度森嚴，本幅即其壯歲力作，取宋人技法佈局，近馬遠夏圭一路，復參以變化，用筆較圓轉，色蒼鬱沉厚，在民初仝儕中別樹一幟。同年清明後二日據此稿另寫一幅，構圖類近，惟筆致細秀，色趨清潤，可見畫家掌握同曲異工之變化精妙！
