16th/17th century, the larger with an incised inscription dated to Renwu year of the Kangxi period
Comprising: a gently flaring cylindrical vessel, raised on three cabriole legs, carved around the body with a frieze of undulating, leafy peony blooms, covered in a sea green glaze, the base incised with a ten-character mark kangxi renwujunxiang linwenqingshe; the smaller tripod vessel of compressed rounded form, carved with three leafy, floral sprays, covered in an olive hued glaze.
The largest 24.7cm (9 3/4in) diam. (2).
