款識：
〈陸〉倣丁南羽白描法，似曼卿先生法家雅正。戊寅新秋，虞山陸翀。
〈馬〉（文略）節臨《田車碣》。翁覃溪石鼓歌云，吾嘗手摹舊墨本角 「隮」。 詳審斷與連，自注「隮」下從「片」「女」。吳愙齋以為從「月」「石」，從「片」。余觀安氏十鼓齋宋拓本「隮」下「塲」從「片」。曼卿先生大方家正之，馬公愚。

上款：「曼卿」或為秦更年（1885-1956），字曼卿，江蘇揚州人。詩人、學者、藏書家。曾任職長沙礦業銀行、上海中南銀行。中年寓居湖南長沙時期，得從葉德輝遊，遂精版本目錄學。一九四九年後任上海文史館館員。
