Carved as a coiled dragon with finely incised scales emerging from scallop-shaped clouds beside a large pearl, its head turned back sharply to gaze at a standing figure of Guanyin in flowing robes, the stone of salmon-pink tone with some milky-white patches, wood stand. 17cm (6 3/4in) long. (2).
