A pear-shaped bottle vase, painted in soft and darker tones of underglaze cobalt blue. The decoration is divided into six vertical panels by double lines. Beneath the mouth hang six jewelled bead strings with tassels, while the shoulder is encircled by a band of ruyi-head motifs. The panels on the body are decorated with auspicious emblems suspended from ribbons with tasselled ends, alternating with flowering peonies.
