Height without stopper: 2 1/4 in., 5.8 cm

a few minor fleabites to edge of pheonix wing, tiny flake among waves foot, possible polishing to one dragon claw and whisker; lacking spoon.

Possibly Imperial, attributed to the Palace Workshops, Beijing; of rounded-rectangular form, the shoulders sloping to a cylindrical neck, the lip flat, the foot recessed, the milk-white ground finely carved on one main side in ruby-red overlay with a phoenix with outstretched wings, the reverse in cobalt blue with a coiling scaly dragon, the foot in red, carved as waves under the dragon, changing to rocks under the phoenix.
