Of tall quadrangular form with rounded shoulders rising to a narrow, ribbed cylindrical neck. The four sides are painted in underglaze cobalt blue with alternating panels of flowering peony issuing from pierced rocks and waterbirds among lotus plants beside a pond, with further birds in flight above. The rounded shoulders are decorated with a continuous scrolling floral design, while double-line borders frame each panel and encircle the base. The underside is left unglazed.
此瓶呈高挑四方形,圓肩,上接窄長的棱紋直頸。器身四面以青花交替描繪牡丹洞石圖與荷塘水禽圖:牡丹自玲瓏洞石間生出,水禽棲游於荷花池畔,上方另有禽鳥飛翔。圓肩環飾連續的纏枝花卉紋,各面均以青花雙線為框,近足處亦環飾雙弦紋。底部露胎。
