restored chip to foot ring, restoration to central face on one side, scattered tiny frits and flakes, a few small brown specks, under Uv light no additional repairs or restorations seen.

Of pear shape, with a long neck and protruding oval footrim, the body crisply molded on one side with nine scholars seated around a table with wine cups and dishes, the reverse with a second group of nine scholars, one holding a fan and another holding a qin, the background with numerous florets, matching stopper, probably original.
